While the lines created with the wire were describing the space within, the shadows made me feel as if they were describing the continuation of the space. So I thought I had made a connection between the blindcontour drawing and the lines on the wire. In blindcontour, the drawing I made without taking my hand off the paper was growing around the starting point, maintaining its continuity as the scenes progressed. The shadows created by the wires looked like an extension of the main space, maybe another corridor, another room, rather than just shadows.
